Terms & Conditions
- *The percentage of BrewBucks you earn varies by location:
12% at Koregaon Park, Colaba & Camp
10% at Delhi, Gurgaon & Balewadi
5% at our E2Go Stores.
- BrewBucks cannot be redeemed on public holidays.
- The outlets reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the loyalty program or its benefits at any time without prior notice. The final interpretation of these terms lies with the management.
- BrewBucks will not be awarded on certain items, including but not limited to promotional menu items like 1+1 or any other offers, merchandise, bubbles and cigarettes. The list of non-eligible items may be updated periodically.
- True Craft Club membership is non-transferable and tied to a single registered mobile number.
- BrewBucks does not have an expiry.
- Any misuse of the loyalty program, including fraudulent or suspicious activities, may result in suspension or termination of membership and forfeiture of accumulated BrewBucks.
- Multiple promotional offers, discounts, or rewards cannot be combined or used together on a single bill or transaction. Only one offer can be applied per visit.
